revisions

i give 5 free revisions then £5 per revision
for short form content

i give 2 free revisions then £10 per revision
for longform content

terms and conditions

effective date: September 5th 2024

◇ when engaging with me ( "idlefawni" ) for editing services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.◇ as your service provider, i agree to provide video editing services as described and outlined by the client.◇ i will deliver the edited project by the agreed-upon deadline unless otherwise stated by myself or the client.◇ the client is entitled to 5 free revisions for short form content and 2 free revisions for long form content within 7 days after initial delivery. Additional charges may be included if the client requires extra revisions.◇ The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the video editing services. The payment is due within 7 days, unless stated otherwise, of the invoice being sent. Late payments may result in extra charges.◇ the client agrees to provide all necessary video footage, audio files and any other resources that are needed for the editing project before any work begins. the client is also responsible for ensuring that all resources provided are legally owned or licensed for use.◇ the client retains ownership of any original footage and resources provided. the service provider retains ownership of all editing projects until full payment is received. once full payment is fulfilled, ownership of the edited video is trasferred to the client.thank you for reading <3
